HOUSING DEVELOPMENT IN ERBA - ITALY

The new urban development aims to refurbish the old abandoned former Gasfire industries area. The masterplan interprets with its geomtries the traces left by the second oldest Italian railway.

The project proposes different types of residences, located in four blocks of main buildings, the first with an elevated public square surrounded by a system of tree-lined terraces, the second with a large internal play court, the third with a linear arranged plan, while the fourth proposes a system of loft-wagons buildings for a mixed work and residential function.
